We have an exciting new opportunity for a _Beauty Tutor _ to join Landau. The Beauty Tutor will be responsible for the delivery of our Beauty qualifications on programmes. You will also be required to devise learner journeys/actions plans taking into consideration various learning styles and individual learner needs. **Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead on the design, development and delivery of the Beauty Qualification to meet the diverse needs of learners including those with Education, Health Care Plans
- To establish and maintain an effective learning environment, in line with behaviour management policies, safeguarding students and employees health and safety
- Ensure programme delivery is aligned to the Education Inspection Framework
- Manage HLTA’s and LSA’s while in the learning environment to support the students
- Work with colleagues to plan assessments, observations and moderations highlighting areas for development and promoting good practice
- Achieve a minimum retention rate of 85%
- Work with Careers & engagement coordinators to ensure IAG is aligned to programme delivery key dates and KPI’s
- Contribute to learner EHCP reviews
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships. This may involve attending meetings (which may sometimes occur outside core working hours).
- To contribute to the organisational quality assurance systems
- Commit to professional development cascading and sharing professional insight and staying abreast of statutory and non-statutory guidance relevant to the programme delivery

**Hours**: 14 Hours Wednesday
- Thursday 08:30am-4:30pm

**Salary**: FTE £21,525.00- £23,540.00 Pro Rata £6,988.81-£7,643.05

**This is a 3 month fixed term contract**
