Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Collections Advisor to join one of our exclusive clients in the Skypark in Glasgow. My client specialises in Motor Finance. As the Collections Advisor you will undertake collection activities as directed as part of a coordinated effort to support customers in arrears and seek solutions which deliver good customer outcomes.
Main responsibilities
- Handling all customer arrears cases
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Updating customer accounts
- Setting up customer repayment solutions
Additional information
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working model
- Flexibility is required at times to cover the trading hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
