**Job Description**:

- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient transportation appointments, ensuring that all necessary details are recorded and communicated to transport personnel.
- Monitor and track transport requests and ensure that all transportation services are provided within the required timeframe.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to determine the transportation needs of patients, including any necessary medical equipment or assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation services, including transportation schedules, patient information, and any other relevant information.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a call centre, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English- Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salary
- £11.75 per hour
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 and 1 in 4 four weeks 09.00 to 18.00**Benefits**:
