Digital Examinations Invigilator

**DIGITAL EXAMINATIONS INVIGILATOR VACANCIES**

£10.22 per hour

**Description of the job**:

- To provide invigilation during the University’s examination periods.
- Applicants must be available for the interview/training session.
- Ensure examinations are conducted according to the guidelines and to identify potential cases of malpractice.
- Work either on campus or online examinations supporting students taking digital examinations.
- Respond to student ‘At Home’ exam queries working as part of an online team.

**Skills required**:

- Reliability, including self-and time-management skills and proactivity.
- Demonstrably good organisational and administrative skills and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability for at least one training session and at least 20 hours per week throughout the four-week examination period.
- Comfortable working with students in an online chat environment, use of a computer and Microsoft Teams software experience essential. Training will be provided.
- This post is not suitable for current Brunel Students.
