Xpertise are currently working with a really exciting Business in Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master which will enable their development teams to reach the next level in adoption of Agile & Scrum practices.

Working closely with the Agile Practice team, you will be capable of driving change within the business and able to motivate and engage delivery teams at all levels. You will have excellent experience of introducing and coaching Agile behaviour, cultureand values across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure a fast paced and high-quality delivery within the department.

The following experience is essential for the role:

- Holds Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience of XP practices such as TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD etc.
- Experience of Agile metrics, retrospective formats and tools for improvement
- Experience of Agile practices such as User Stories, Story Mapping, DOR, DOD.
- Experience of the complete SDLC

The following experience is desirable for the role:

- Experience of Jira and Confluence
- Degree educated, preferably within a software or engineering related discipline
- Experience of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Lean Software Development principles
- Experience with hardware-based projects
