We’re growing in Malvern and Worcester and have a position for an experienced dispenser or technician to lead the team in our Malvern Link branch.

As the Branch Senior you will support, guide and drive the performance of the pharmacy team, ensuring the branch delivers dispensing efficiency and exceptional service to our patients.

We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, highly organised and be passionate about helping people.

The role will include:

- Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
- Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Self-care.
- To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
- To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
- Be qualified to NVQ2/3 in Pharmacy Services
- Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience
- Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team
