Applications are now open for PostPro's 23/24 STEP (Sports Transition & Education Program).

The STEP development program at PostPro is designed for former, released or retiring footballers who have left the game and are seeking a new career.

The STEP program offers a permanent full-time job consulting position. Depending on your interest and skill set the specialism can be in one of the following pathways: Finance, Property, IT, Consulting, Engineering, Construction or Sales

As part of the position, through the utilisation of the apprenticeship levy, you will also undertake a qualification which will aid your specialism. The qualification depends on your prior experience but includes higher apprenticeships, undergraduate and masters degrees.

Included in the program and as part of your role is a skills development and career mentoring program from other former athletes who have successfully transitioned out of sport and into another industry.

Participants also have a footballing pathway and time allowances built into their employment to continue their footballing journey within a PostPro partner club with-in a semi-professional, contracted environment.
