Dog Groomer

Job opportunity based at our Bingham Dog Grooming Salon - NG13 8AF

Up to 24 hours per week to rise to 40 hours over a period of time. Must include 2 Saturdays per month - Dog Groomer position available at a small, friendly but busy salon.

Hours are flexible

This is an EMPLOYED position, with competitive salary to be discussed at interview.

Criteria:

- You MUST have at least a Level 3 in dog grooming or equivalent or 2 years worth of experience
- Be confident grooming all breeds and behaviour types from pet trims to show trims unaided
- Be confident working both alone and part of a team
- Experience and fantastic customer service is a must
- Have a strong work ethic and passion to progress
- The most important trait of all, a passion and love for all dogs

**Duties**:

- Bathing dogs
- Prepping dogs
- Clipping and styling all breed of dogs
- Nail cuts
- Keeping the salon clean and presentable on a daily basis
- Sales of retail stock from within our salon
- Liaise with customers over the phone and face to face to book appointments in
- Use our online computer system to keep customer records and appointments in check

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.50 per hour
