**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage procurement inbox.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their products or services, and compare prices and quality.
- Place purchase orders and manage delivery of goods and services to ensure timely delivery and accurate quantities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities including contracts, purchase order and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost savings opportunities and process improvements.

**Experience and Skills**
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to analyse data to support with purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience using P2P system Proactis (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
