**Pitched Roofing Supervisor - Commercial Roofing & Refurbishment - Pitched Roofing**

**£35,000 - £45,000.00 + Car / Car allowance + Benefits**

Maguire Brothers are looking to add a Pitched Roofing Contracts Supervisor to our project management team.

**The Pitched Roofing Supervisor role - Overview**:

- Assisting in all aspects of roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring that all targets are hit, working closely with the Contracts Managers.
- Ensuring in depth quality inspections are undertaken and informing site teams of improvements where required.
- Overseeing site H&S, ensuring all procedures are followed and providing site reports.
- Assisting in managing resources, including recruiting labour and sub-contractors.
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects whilst identifying and implementing areas for improvement in your department and helping facilitate change throughout the business.
- Take every opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients including regular client visits.

**Requirements of the Pitched Roofing Supervisor**
- Experience in pitched roof refurbishment and in depth technical knoweldge
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- People management experience
- An excellent understanding of Construction Health & Safety
- Ambitious and driven, seeking a long-term role and being capable of building and leading a team.

The Pitched Roofing Supervisor is an exciting, stimulating and challenging role, in which we will support both short and long terms development goals.

You will work closely with senior team members to assist in managing projects from start to finish. You will need to satisfy and exceed customer expectations to maximise the probability of repeat orders and recommendations. The pipeline for future projects is extremely healthy and the new Roofing Contracts Supervisor will need to hit the ground running.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
