Cleaner/labourer

**Your Duties**:

- To undertake the full range of general labouring duties and response maintenance and building work on the full range of company properties.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all job information by both paperwork and electronic means as required and ensure this is passed to your supervisor within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and any other relevant legislation.
- Perform other work related duties as assigned by manager.
- Willingness to participate in training with a view to carrying out work outside of normal duties where required.
- Carry out and complete all work to a high quality and in a timely and competent manner and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- To liaise with other staff/subcontractors etc as necessary to ensure the timely completion of works within agreed operational targets.

**Your Profile**:

- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport which would enable you to carry out the required duties of this post.

**Desirable**:

- CSCS/CSR/Safepass Card.
