**Finance Assistant - Dewsbury - £27,000**

**Job Title Responsibilities**:

- Cash books and petty cash reconciliations
- Credit card statements reconciliation
- Updating daily cash balances
- Posting purchase ledger entries in multiple currencies
- Expenses processing & generating and sending remits to sales reps
- Expenses reserves/accruals for month end (expenses & credit card)
- Recording monthly mileage for company vehicles
- Ad-hoc payments (purchase ledger & nominal)
- Monthly foreign supplier payments and BACS payment run
- Sending remits for payments made

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- IT literate including excel
- Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organisation and external contacts including customers and suppliers.
- Previous experience in a varied accounts role
- Strong team worker
