You’ll have a natural talent for building excellent rapport with clients, as well as an ability to support junior team members with a constructive approach to mentoring. You’ll be able to effectively communicate technical matters in an easy-to-understandway for clients and a high level of attention to detail will also be essential for this role. **Job Purpose**
- Manage audits from planning to completion.
- Mentor new trainees?and support with their learning and development.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
- Identification and mitigation of risk.
- Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth.
- Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Confident in supporting the Managers in networking activities to promote the department.
- Provide professional client-facing communication skills.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

- Qualified with demonstrable audit experience within practice
- Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress
- Technically efficient in all matters of audit

- Previous supervisory experience, with a positive attitude

- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
