**Job Details**:

- Part-Time ( Around 30-hour working week, based on a roster system, including Weekends and shift outside of normal business working hours such as before 7.am)
- Salary: £13.00 per hour, inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay
- Role type: Fixed-term on zero-hours basis
- Location: Site-based role
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Start date: Immediate start

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure proper dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping in the assigned work area such as offices, desks, equipment, kitchen area, pantry and toilets,
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels),
- Maintain cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary,
- Empty bins,
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks,
- Conduct disinfection and deep cleaning as per a timely schedule,
- Maintain and comply with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health ( COSHH) standards.

**Person Specification**:

- Experience in cleaning duties
- Excellent organization and housekeeping skills
- Good knowledge of cleaning solution and their uses
- Working knowledge of health and safety standards
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
