Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Coordinator to support on commercial activities such as the materials suppliers and build partners who will support our fibre and Fixed Wireless Access network build program.

**Here’s why you’ll love this role**

Manage Purchase Order cover for materials and build partners, including requesting quotations from materials suppliers and calculation of bill of quantities for project labour costs.

Interpret work packs and bill of materials and place orders and draw-down request for materials from key suppliers.

Collate, track and report on build partner/materials supplier invoicing, project spend and variations.

Support the Networks Contracts Manager with preparation of tender and contract documents and setting up agreements

Occasional site visits / audits of build partner locations and work sites to support HSE team.

**Here’s why you’ll be great in this role**

You have excellent communication and relationship building / managing qualities.

Experience of working with contractors and with rate cards.

IT literate and good skills in Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Strong self-organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High level of quality and attention to detail in work output, with strong numerical and financial tracking skills.

Desirable:
Fibre (FTTP) and/or Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) materials and build experience / knowledge.

Background in procurement or buying within telecoms / construction industries.

Experience of working on contracts and rate cards with telecoms / construction contractors.

This is a full time role, based at our Willerby head office (with flexibility). But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
