We are looking for a dynamic and organised Programme Assistant to join the Students as Change Agents (SACHA) team to help deliver this successful programme. SACHA gives students the opportunity to design innovative ideas to tackle real-world challenges with organisations and develops their confidence and skills in design thinking, using data and team dynamics. The vision of the programme is to create lifelong change agents and allow all students at the University to have the opportunity to benefit from this style of learning.

**The Opportunity**:
The Programme Assistant plays a key role in delivering a quality programme which is highly rated by students and external partners. They will be as collaborative and dedicated as the student change agents to ensure the programme runs smoothly and creates impact, within and beyond the University.

This opportunity is available as an internship for a current PhD student at the University of Edinburgh.

This internship is part of the Employ.ed for PhDs programme which is run by the Careers Service in collaboration with university departments and Schools. It offers exclusive part-time internships at the University all year round.

As an Employ.ed for PhDs intern, you will also receive tailored developmental support from the Careers Service to help you make the most of your internship.

The University will employ full-time PGR students for no more than an average of 9 hours per week across the academic year (as per its policy ), and you must make sure any employment complies with any visa or funding conditions you may have.

Should you be successful, you will require written confirmation from your academic supervisor that you can undertake the internship.
