**The role**

As a Bowman Fitter you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll work as a part of the Bowman RIISM Team to manage the inspection, maintenance, and integration test of BOWMAN Vehicle Installation Kits.

Day to day, you’ll carry out inspections on vehicles and equipment, initiate Visual & Document inspection reports with all the necessary vehicle/equipment and support the Mobile Support Team (MST) when required.
- Carryout detailed fault finding, and repairs were requested to do so
- Provide to the Bowman Supervisor a list of any outstanding tasks required to achieve capability standard for issue.
- Provide data to the Bowman Supervisor to assist in delivery of contractually agreed KPIs
- Assist with preparation, management and storage of both electronic and hard copy vehicle/equipment and sub-system documentation and records

**Essential experience of the Bowman Fitter**:

- IT Literate
- Auto electrical background or mechanical engineering background experience
- Attention to detail
- Work well on your own or part of a team

This role is full time and based on site in Ashchurch.

**Qualifications for the Bowman Fitter**:

- BOWMAN Level two maintainers course or appropriate experience
