**About The Role**:
In line with our ethos to be world leaders in sustainable comfort innovation, we weave our own chemical free mattress fabric in-house. We combine traditional methods with state-of-the-art weaving looms, to create a breathable and FR chemical free sleeping surface.

We are seeking a Warping Operative, to work as part of a team providing an efficient service within the weaving department with the purpose of maximising weaving and other operating efficiencies.

Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 6am - 4pm & Thursday 6am - 3pm or Monday - Wednesday 6am - 6pm & Thursday 6am - 12pm

Reporting into the Weaving Technical Manager, the Warping Operative will produce warp beams for the 10 looms in the Weaving department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that the warping machine is only operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
- To ensure the efficient running of the warping machine within the weaving department.
- To ensure that all start-up jobs are checked for quality, design etc. (in conjunction with the Weaving Technical Manager).
- To patrol the warping machine regularly, in order to maintain production and quality levels.
- To identify and repair any faults
- To stop the warping machine as soon as quality problems arise and report such problems to the Weaving Technical Manager as soon as possible to ensure mínimal machine down-time.

**About You**:

- Previous experience operating a Warping Machine (Section Warping)
- Hardworking & enthusiastic attitude
- Good listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn.
