**The Opportunity**:
**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Aptitude to deliver excellent research-led teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in private law, including in particular either family law or the law of obligations.
- Ability to design and deliver course materials and to assess student performance.
- Ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in their dissertation work.
- Ability to develop expertise in the joint supervision of PhD students.
- Ability to develop a research plan in the area(s) of expertise, including through high quality publications.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage students.
- A commitment to promoting a collegial, nurturing and mutually supportive working environment.
- A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion for both our staff and students.
