A leading financial services company are looking for a client services administrator to join their team based in Leeds City Centre. This is an excellent position for an Individual looking to develop at a prestigious company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As an Administrator your duties will be varied and you will get to develop your administrative abilities.

As a client services administrator, you will need strong communication and time management skills, as you will be supporting the achievement of strategic objectives, maintaining records in an accurate manner, enabling the company to obtain all required managementinformation.

The role:

- Responsible for the effective management and communication with Clients, at the discretion of the Client Services Manager.
- Support the Client Services Manager in maintaining and developing existing relationships with key clients to ensure growth of client accounts
- Support the Client Services Manager in reducing the client return rate
- Setting up new client accounts, compiling and confirming client agreements and securing direct debit mandates accordingly
- Ownership of the Capacity Map and ensure that the Senior Management Team and the Team Leaders are updated accordingly
- Promote effective working relationships with staff throughout the business
- Maintain appropriate levels of management information in order to report on aspects of your performance to the Client Services Manager
- Provide help and support in any area of Client Servicing in order to maintain the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department to ensure all targets and deadlines are achieved
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of the strategic risks faced by the Company, and report these to your line manager accordingly
- Maintain accurate and secure records using the Company's internal IT systems in line with GDPR regulations and legislation

- Effective time management

The position is permanent and full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
