**The Marketing Manager role**:
Working closely with Senior Management and Marketing Agencies, you will be required to advise marketing solutions and then complete, implement and maintain a Marketing Planner for each dealership, covering Retail, Fleet, Motability, Car Rental and Aftersalesactivity, ensuring that all activity is completed on time and within agreed budgets.

This will involve managing a day-to-day relationship with our various marketing agencies, using your creative flair to provide comprehensive briefs.

You will also be required to regularly liaise with the manufacturers’ field teams and marketing agencies to ensure that all activity is approved and executed within brand guidelines.

**Key responsibilities**:
+ Working with the Senior Management, to develop a marketing strategy to deliver against key business objectives
+ Ensuring the successful implementation of agreed activity, executed within brand guidelines
+ Managing and controlling of assigned budgets, ensuring they are continually reviewed
+ Maintaining relationships with suppliers (briefing agencies, print and point of sale suppliers)
+ Understanding business challenges and opportunities and advising Senior Management on marketing solutions
+ Providing on-going support and advice to each dealership
+ Undertaking regular reviews of business performance in relation to marketing objectives.
+ Identifying larger business challenges requiring higher levels of analysis and research
+ Managing the Group’s offline and online marketing strategy
+ Supporting development of lead generation initiatives
+ Attending and presenting (where required) at Group meetings
+ Building and maintaining relationships with key Group and Manufacturer personnel
+ Liaising with agency to manage social media channels, including capturing content across all 5 sites, creating and scheduling content, driving engagement on the platforms and maintaining a high level of community management

**About you**:
+ Degree level qualifications or equivalent in Business / Marketing as a minimum.
+ Previous marketing experience, across varied disciplines.
+ Proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Full Driving licence due to the location of the dealership
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Drive, energy and commitment

+ Creative problem solving
+ Financially astute
+ Creative instinct to contribute to the creative process
+ Commercial acumen
+ Marketing communication techniques (PPC, Social, POS, events and Direct)
