**Tasks & Accountabilities**:
The successful applicant will have the autonomy to develop and deliver new projects.
You will identify opportunities to develop and implement new digitalisation technologies and ways of working for use across the plant.
There will be scope to lead a number of different types of projects including Continuous
Improvement Projects, Environmental projects, Health & Safety Projects as well as providing technical support to the manufacturing operations departments.

**Required Skills**:

- Dealing with various activities in a constant evolving environment
- Dealing with external partners
- Discovering different manufacturing technologies
- Manage the full project scope from end to end
- Work in partnership with the suppliers to support product development
- Track project milestones with visible KPI's and manage key stakeholders

**Technical Skills & Competencies**
- Proven Project management experience
- Understanding of Lean Tools and Techniques
- Problem solving techniques
- Technical background in manufacturing engineering, background knowledge in drilling or fastening would be an advantage
- Fluent English negotiation level (commercial and technical).
- Google Office IT tools: Slides, Sheets, Gmail etc.
