The Role:
The Fund Marketing team delivers regulatory fund support, fund reporting and communications for Prudential funds to our customers. This role involves working successfully as part of a team - forming excellent working relationships with a wide range of both internal and external colleagues and stakeholders. The Fund Reporting Executive position would offer an exceptional opportunity to build a career in marketing focusing on funds and products.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- Collecting and collating fund information from a number of internal and external sources and then updating a range of regulatory marketing material, such as fund factsheets and investment reports, with that information
- Support the relationship with external partners, who provide information and support the update of this literature, to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely updates for our customers
- Work collaboratively with internal parties to ensure literature is compliant and available to our customers
- Work collaboratively with external 3rd parties to ensure our fund data is accurate
- Support future developments and improvements to fund literature and processes
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, and take personal accountability, to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience of funds, financial services products and information management
- Ideally experience of fund data collection, information management and fund reporting
- Experience of working with external fund data vendors would be desirable
- Experience of delivering & developing communications in a customer centric manner
- A proven ability to work to deadlines whilst retaining attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ideally some marketing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong numerical ability
- Good problem solving skills
- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly
