Working as part of a fast-growing company, your role would be as a Tutor Supervisor in our tuition centre in Reading. This role would suit a hard-working individual with a keen eye for details and an innovative mind. Your main goal would be to maintain the quality of company services at the centre and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience while at the centre.

Responsibilities will include:

- Observation during centre sessions to ensure quality control of tutoring operations.
- Carrying out regular quality control checks and using these to assist with quarterly employee reviews.
- General upkeep of the centre.
- Taking minutes during team meetings.
- Assisting with greeting students and parents upon arrival and exit at the centre.
- Training new employees and processing relevant paperwork.
- Covering sessions when deemed necessary.

- (Desirable) Has previous tutoring experience or has high level of knowledge in Mathematics, Science or English, with the ability to relay this knowledge to students.
- (Desirable) Computer literate in Microsoft office packages, with specific experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft notes.
- (Desirable) Educated to at least A-level.

Location: Reading, UK.

**Salary**: £23,500 - £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: Full time (40 hours over 5 days)

Benefits: Bonus Scheme, Additional annual leave.
