This role will support our team of busy Marketing Managers in the delivery of our marketing and communications activities and events for our global B2C and B2B audiences.

This Senior Marketing Executive role will support the delivery of CIPS’ global marketing plans and campaigns to meet performance targets and strategic objectives - increase awareness, lead generation, acquisition, retention and engagement. Working in conjunction with internal teams and external partners, the role will be responsible for campaign planning, co-ordination, execution, analysis and reporting across global markets to meet our strategic goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, implementation, scheduling, execution analysis and reporting of targeted omni-channel global marketing campaigns.
- Work with our Social Media Specialist and digital agency to coordinate and schedule social media posts through organic CIPS channels.
- Work with our Social Media Specialist, digital agency and SEO Specialist to agree budget and targeting of paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Engage in online communities to encourage participation in conversations and raise awareness of CIPS membership, independent learning options and other learning products.
- Support our Marketing Managers with project management and reporting, meeting management and attend meetings with external partners, purchase order management, budget forecasting and reporting on marketing expenditure against budget.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of marketing insight - reporting on campaign and user journeys, reviewing as appropriate to ensure a strong campaign ROI, that engages audiences and supports CTAs, brand values and good customer experience.
- Brief and manage external marketing and creative agencies and freelancers, as necessary, for delivery to quality, schedule and budget.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Brand with the delivery and implementation of our new and refreshed CIPS brand. Oversee adherence to our Brand Guidelines, with internal external partners, globally. Provide training globally on our Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
- Support the management and scheduling of internal job requests on our Trello workflow system. Collaborate with, and engage, wider business functions and regions to deliver on marketing goals and strategies, as appropriate.
- Represent the Marketing & Communications Directorate within the business on key internal working groups and task forces, as required.
- Act as a CIPS brand and marketing ambassador both internally and externally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months

**Salary**: £33,402.00-£39,665.00 per year
