We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

**Responsibilities for the job role**:

- Operating mobile and fixed plant.
- Hand sorting and grading of scrap metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous.
- Checking loads for any quality and raising any issues to the site management team.
- Carrying out scrap metal collections from customers premises ensuring a high level of service.
- Ensuring outgoing loads have been checked for quality and payloads maximised.
- Willing to work as part of a team, ensuring all works are done safely.
- High level of housekeeping required at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures (including but not limited to) those specified in the employment handbook, health and safety policy and EMS system.
- Ensure compliance within the operation area with all company procedures, statutory legislation and industry good practice.

**Experience / Qualifications / Skills**:

- 360 & Forklift experience preferred but not essential as full training provided.
- Must have a full driving Licence.
- Prior waste/recycling or similar process environment highly advantageous.
- Enthusiastic and committed.
- Committed to improving processes and procedures and ability to embrace change as required.
