- Ellis Mason_ are recruiting for an **ADMINISTRATOR** to join an internal admin support team based in offices in Baldock.
For the role of the**ADMINISTRATOR**, the company are looking for someone with previous administrative experience, ideally with some knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The company are very well established and have a great, 'family feel' culture.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary £21,000-23,000 per annum
- 20 days annual leave
- 1 x salary death in service
- Company pension with 3% contribution from company
- annual profit share related bonus
THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the **ADMINISTRATOR**, are:
- Supporting the internal Account Managers, Projects Managers and Buyers with administrative support
- Creating & updating spreadsheets
- Booking couriers
- Creating delivery notes and package labels
- Creating commercial invoices
- Keeping folders and logs up to date
- Entering orders onto the internal system
- Speaking with external contractors regarding project details
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Creating and archiving online folders
- maintaining activity logs
- Keeping and updating reports on stock levels per project
- Using Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets and create monthly reports
- Carrying out project related admin such as system requests, billing, purchase orders, etc
