Meter Reader

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy spending time outdoors, preferring not to be confined to a 9-5 office role?

Our client is looking for Meter Readers In Slough, Twickenham, Croydon, Kingston and surrounding areas This is a fantastic role for someone self-motivated to work independently.

There will be an occasional need to walk longer distances as not all customers live in built-up areas, but you’ll get great exercise

**Working Hours**:

- Part time hours
- Friday 4pm-8pm Saturday - Sunday 10am-6pm

**Requirements**:

- Approachable, presentable and polite and acts as an ambassador for the company
- Physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Required to plan and manage workload independently
- Report any dangerous meter installations or suspected signs of tampering
- Ability to work to targets
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Enjoy working outdoors
- A full UK driving licence
- Ability to work to timescales and under pressure
- Flexible approach to tasks and working
- Friendly personality with a professional approach to work
- Pass screening and vetting standards and pass a DBS check

Full training is provided so experience is not necessary

**Training information**:

- 2 Days office based then 3 days field training
- The week of training is fully paid
- Please dress smart casual, a uniform will be issued within the induction
- When parking on location please keep receipts to claim these expenses back

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.53-£12.78 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
