**Job Outline**:
This is a demanding role in a fast paced business based in our Clacton-On-Sea storage facility. The role will involve picking and replenishment of stock on a daily basis, storage and preparation of stocks based on pre designed schedules and adhering to them as tightly as possible and reporting on them regularly. You will be required to work closely with the Ecommerce Warehouse team for the site and report directly to the Warehouse manager & Team Leaders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day Forklift checks to ensure good working order is sustained
- Picking of any goods and preparation for endpoint destinations
- Receipting of any goods and their preparation for long/short term storage
- Pallet movements to relevant working/storage areas
- Safe working practise in a busy warehousing environment

**Key Duties & Tasks**:
**_General Paperwork & Reporting_**
- Pick notes to be completed in full and handed to line manager
- Receipting paperwork to be filled out accurately and neatly
- Pack lists in and out bound to be completed in full and checked prior to collection/receipt in accordance with guidelines
- Stock checks and listings to be accurately recorded
- Communications with Admin team for all goods in and out daily & ensure procedures set are adhered to
- Any and all issues to be raised with line manager

- General Health & Safety on site including PPE
- Responsible for each job to be completed to the best of their ability
- Stock to be kept in good order whether in racks or not

**Person Specification**:
Qualifications/Experience:

- 3 - 5 years Previous experience in a complex warehousing environment.
- Educated to GCSE minimum or equivalent

Skills (essential):

- Flexi/Bendi, Counter Balance and Manriser License
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Punctual with excellent time keeping

Skills (desirable):

- Ability to build/maintain good relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in an Ecommerce operation

- Conscientious
- Dependable
