As an integral part of the team and gaining experience and responsibility from the off, your new role will include working in and with the following departments:
**Workshop**
- Assist in tracking of daily production through spreadsheets and reporting progress to management
- Posting of timesheet details onto the costing system

**Site**
- Booking accommodation as necessary for site employees
- Calculate radials and post time spent on projects
- Assist with deliveries of items to site

**Costings & Stock**
- Track actual versus budget hours allocation for the workshop to capture accurate costings for future projects
- Present budget v actual reports on projects to senior estimator
- Update steel stock spreadsheets to show deliveries in and steel used on contracts
- Collate purchase invoices and obtain necessary approvals

**Drawing Office**
- Archiving of contract documents.
- Raising of DOPs (declaration of performance)

**Policies & Procedures**
- Preparing H&S files for site
- Upload details of training and inspections onto health and safety cloud
- Book and administer training requirements for all staff and maintain accurate records of training conducted
- Assist with staff inductions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
