Restructuring Assistant Manager

Our client is a Top 10 accounting firm that deal with a wide range of clients and sectors. They support companies with Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency across the UK.
As the Assistant manager, you will deal with clients from the outset, create a plan and help see them through the path that's most appropriate for them. On more complex assignments, you will support the Director's and Partners which will help develop yourskills and knowledge to progress your career.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the restructuring team in any insolvency's
- Overseeing engagement letters, ancillary documents and supporting the client from take on through to closure.
- Pre-pack, CVL's, CVA's and contingency planning reviews
- Liaising with multiple external and internal teams
- Reviewing restructuring business cases, and where needed, providing feedback and alternatives with the support of the restructuring team
- Assisting with the trading of insolvent businesses, asset realisation, and debt recovery
- Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW)
- The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship
- Previous experience in Insolvency or Restructuring
