**About us**
As a family-run company, we understand the importance of providing compassionate and quality care, and we have been doing just that for nearly 17 years.
Over the years, we have received recognition for our commitment to excellence, winning numerous awards as both a team and a company. These awards serve as a testament to our dedication to providing the highest level of care to our clients.
But the true validation of our quality of care comes from our clients themselves. We are humbled by the positive feedback we receive from those we serve, and we take great pride in knowing that we have made a difference in their lives.
At Complete Care, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and our employees. We understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, and we work closely with our care team to ensure that everyone has the support and resources they need to excel in their roles.
We are committed to transparency, communication, and trust, and we collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is looking for more than just a job - a family - we welcome you to join our team at Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd. Together, we can continue to provide the highest level of care to those who need it most.
**Job Overview**:
Are you a truly caring individual with a passion for helping others? Have you helped care for a relative and considered a role in social care? If so, we want you to join our team as a Community Care Worker
As one of our Community Care Workers, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in our community who need it most. You'll provide quality essential care and support to individuals in need, helping them with everything from personal hygiene to medication administration and meal preparation.
But this job isn't just about ticking off tasks on a to-do list. It's about providing person centred care and emotional support, collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for our clients, and always keeping an eye out for any changes in their health.
We're looking for individuals with a strong sense of empathy and compassion. We believe that the best caregivers are those who truly care about their clients, and who go above and beyond to make their lives better.
You dont have to have experience or qualifications as we can teach you all of this, but what is needed is the passion and desire to help others. We're looking for people who are kind, patient, and committed to making a positive difference.
