Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their Automotive Repairs Sales department. Due to the continued volume of work for our client, they are looking to expand their team.

The successful Service Advisor will be an organised, methodical individual who can manage their time and client enquiries effectively; builds rapport well and believes in going above and beyond for all clients.

The successful Service Advisor will have excellent attention to detail as part of this role will include scheduling the jobs onto the ramps and into the engineers' diaries and updating both the client and the CRM regularly.

**The key responsibilities for this Service Advisor role include but are not limited to**:

- Calculating and providing quotations for work to the customers
- Booking and managing the engineers' diaries
- Ordering components for each job
- Calling preferred suppliers for best prices
- Providing customers with regular updates

**The successful Service Advisor will have / be**:

- A hardworking, committed individual who takes pride in their work and the service they deliver
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Good people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, senior management and customers
- Hands-on and delivery focused, committed to achieving KPI's and results.
