Commis Waiter/waitress

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main objective will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and assist with any customer needs or inquiries. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner - Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Upsell additional items or specials to increase revenue - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. **Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
