My client based in Thame is looking for a Paint Sprayer on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing components ready for spraying.
- Selecting, matching and mixing paint.
- Carrying out quality checks.
- Cleaning and maintaining the spray booth and spray equipment.
- General workshop and yard maintenance.
- Unloading and loading truck deliveries.
- Replenishing consumables etc.
- Any further ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous paint spraying experience.

Working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. However, the role does include occasional overtime at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2 x on Sundays and bank holidays.

Company bonus scheme which last year was 2K.

Salary around 30K depending on experience.
