Helpful Investments are a new company providing therapeutic care to children and young people. We are currently looking for experienced and qualified people to join our teams. Our homes are based in the North West areas inluding Crewe, Warrington, Ormskirk, Cumbria.

These roles are full time permanent/ and bank roles.You will be part of a team offering a therapeutic and comprehensive residential service to children and young people. The aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional care of the young residents and the establishment.

Helpful Investments are committed to all staff in their furthering of training and development, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected in their individual roles and responsibilities. These roles will be on a shift based rota with sleep in duties included.

Relevant qualifications for these roles are NVQ level 3/4 children and young people. Diploma level 3/4 for Children and young people or equivalent. Or a commitment to train to this required level. Helpful Investments will support all employees in gaining further qualifications that will ensure individual future career development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20/40 per week

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
