**Our partner is deepening awareness within the Jewish community of the plight and experience of refugees and asylum seekers through advocacy, deep community engagement, and volunteer support programmes.**

They are seeking a Treasurer to oversee the financial affairs of the organisation, helping to ensure their financial stability, transparency, and compliance with financial regulations. The post holder will assist and advise on strategy and oversee and monitor the charity's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring proper financial controls are in place.

With a passion for refugee support and racial justice, the Treasurer will be a qualified accountant with experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting, preferably within the charitable sector.

Board meetings take place four times a year, with a mixture of online and in-person meetings in London. The total time commitment required for the role is approximately 2 hours per month.
