**Main Duties**

Hilton & Horsfall have a position available for a driven and enthusiastic individual that works well within a customer facing role.
- Advertising sales / rentals
- Dealing with confidential paperwork
- Sales / Lettings Progression
- Lettings management
- Answering telephone calls
- Taking messages and diverting calls
- Acting front of house
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Filing
- Scanning
- Diary management and contracts

**What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?**

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a L2 Junior Estate Agent Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a 12 month long programme

- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C (4) and above preferred

**Salary, Hours and Benefits**
- £12,480 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm / Saturday 9am - 1pm if needed
- Generous annual leave entitlement
