Paragon Resource Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator. Our Client is needing to expand their office support due to an increase in work load. Our client would consider part time or full time hours.
The client is a well established Construction Contractors, so experience within the construction sector would be an advantage.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Office administration tasks
- Data input
- Raising invoices
- Taking all inbound calls
- Speaking with prospect customers
- Managing the company vehicles
- Organising Trades workload
Skills required:
- Financial account experienced is desirable as apposed to essential
- Highly organised
- Professional yet personable
