My client are planning a major fibre-to-the home build across the East of the country, connecting homes to full fibre infrastructure.

You will be working for a company that offer great opportunities to grow within the company, gain new skill sets and work on exciting new projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Attend sites to check Health and Safety as well as NRSWA Streetworks are met.
- Setting objectives to engineers, monitor performance, carry out one to ones, complete supervisions and appraisals.
- Ensuring that field engineering cover is accurately provided by manage staff and on-call rotas.
- Observe FTTP repair works by engineers
- Ensure all site staff have the correct materials, PPE, permits and authorisations/qualifications.
- An understanding the fibre network, this would include poling, cable or civils installations on the fibre network - Essential
- NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor accreditation - Desirable
- Good knowledge of the fibre network- Essential
