Exhibition and Meeting Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Exhibition and Meeting Coordinator to join our thriving medical manufacturing company working within our Global Marketing Communications team based in Wokingham, UK.
We are looking to recruit someone who is well-organised, hands-on, and proficient in exhibitions and meeting management to coordinate exhibitions (digital and physical), product forums, corporate meetings, and internal events.
The role involves a high degree of accuracy and organisation and the ability to deal with a number of exhibitions and meetings simultaneously. The role is varied and will involve interaction with internal personnel and external contractors.
**Essential Experience/Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous exhibition experience, ideally within the healthcare
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and a creative approach
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, or as a team when required
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- A methodical, organised, and structured approach to work
**Hours of work**
- 40 Hrs
- Office Based - with some travel to events both national and international as required

**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 PA
