**Your role in the Team**
- We're looking for an Graduate Econometrician to join our Data Science and Advanced Analytics team.
- You will be working with internal stakeholders across 888 William Hill and third-party support businesses/functions to provide robust and scalable MMM analytical solutions, that result in timely value add recommendations designed to impact our customers and business on a continual basis.
- Your role will entail you working closely with other Econometricians, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Engineering, stakeholders across the UK product portfolio in a true matrix style, agile organisation.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Support our Econometrics management team in delivering our best in class internal MMM team, through mastering the modelling and MMM outputs required to build a first class Econometric consultancy.
- Ensure the smooth completion and delivery of the models, so that results are delivered on time, meeting the high standards set throughout the team.
- Identify, scope, propose and own aspects of the project delivery to ensure all the fundamental questions are correctly addressed for those Econometric deliverables.
- Depending on your experience, you should expect a degree of involvement in driving Marketing efficiency and improvements through optimisation and scenario planning.
- Work alongside stakeholders to support the integration of findings in business decisions whilst collaborating with other analytical approaches across the business, to maximise ROI across our media mix, product, and promotions.
**Skills Needed**:
- We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business. You'll hold a degree such as Economics, Econometrics, Maths, or Statistics at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Ability to communicate complex results deliveries in a simple and concise manner to various stakeholders within the business. with knowledge and a willingness to learn programming languages such as R, Python, SQL as well has having advanced Excel skills.
- An understanding of the media planning and buying landscape and how MMM can drive more effective marketing plans.
- Excellent written and oral skills, united with being a highly self-motivated individual who is not only results orientated but also a critical thinker.
