Associate Director

One of the UKs leading Building & Property consultancies are seeking an Associate Director, with a Building Surveying background, to join and support their Liverpool office.

**The Associate Director role**

The successful Associate Director will be managing a wide range of both professional and project based construction work across sectors such as commercial, residential, education and healthcare.

As the new Associate Director, you'll be responsible for acting as a role model and supporting the Liverpool Building Consultancy team. Your focus will lie predominantly on the project side of Building Surveying, managing from inception to completion, awide variety of construction projects.

The Associate Director will be working with the team to deliver the professional and successful completion of projects such as refurbishments, repairs, new build developments and maintenances.

- A Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally qualified (MRICS)
- Relevant Building Surveying experience within a consultancy
- Eager to develop your career
- Full UK Driving License
