Weekend Home Care Worker

Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Weekend Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living. This is a part-time position, primarily working on Saturdays and Sundays, with the potential for additional hours during the week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, playing games, or going for walks
- Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Must have a passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Must be able to work independently and follow a care plan
- Must be willing to work weekends and occasional weekdays

**Benefits**:
