Patient Transport Assistant

**Patient Transport Assistant - Contract until April - Chelmsford - £21,730 pro rata**
We are seeking an experienced Patient Transport Assistant on a contract basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning of future transport, liaising between staff, communications centres, transport offices and ambulance crews, entering transportrequests onto the system and much more
We are looking for a calm individual who works well under pressure and is comfortable providing emotional support when required.

**Essential requirements for the role**:
Must be able to attend an interview on the 8/12/22
It is essential that applicants have previous experience of Patient Transport Assistance
Applicants must be available to start work immediately due to the urgency of this role
Applicants must be prepared to work on a rota basis between the hours of 6:00 and 22:00, including weekends - enhanced rate paid for evenings and weekends
Applicants must be able to pass an enhanced CRB
Strong communications skills both verbally and in writing
