**Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid in Stevenage**

Do you have experience working in a customer facing role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Stevenage.

Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday and earn a competitive salary plus the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.

Work life balance is important, so this role is just 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday with shifts between 8.30am - 5.30pm. Once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become hybrid, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.

We know how important your development is, so we provide comprehensive training when you join and promote internal progression across the team and company.

- Assist and carry out insurance administrative tasks.
- Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions.
- Deal with renewals and mid-term adjustments within authority.
- Work in a regulated financial environment you will be trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers
