**Electrical Project Manager**

**Location: Tottenham**

**Salary: £65,000- £75,000 + Package**

My client is an M + E specialist based in Tottenham who work on a variety of different schemes all within the M25. They are looking for an **Electrical Project Manager** to join their growing team.

**Electrical Project Manager
- Overview**
- Direct and manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project.
- Liaise with the main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and the client
- Plan the utilisation of resources, both available and required
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the project according to plan.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, track project milestones and deliverables. Troubleshoot problem areas.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary, obtaining client approval as necessary.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
- Develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Prepare the final report at the end of the project, mark up 'as
- builts', input health and safety and operation and maintenance documentation

**Electrical Project Manager
- Job requirements**:

- Electrical qualified, with strong Electrical understanding
- Minimum 3 years Project Management experience
- Commercially astute, be able to anticipate issues that may affect cost and address them proactively
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
