**The Opportunity - Recruitment Systems Trainer**

**You will be working with Recruitment Directors / Owners, Leaders, Managers, Consultants and marketers delivering on-line recruitment Bullhorn ATS / CRM systems training**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering face to face on-line training, pre-recorded and live webinars within the UK, and abroad to recruitment agency
- Working with clients to implement and embed Automation into our clients processes
- Build online learning courses and develop new training material
- Recording all training delivered and ensuring effective reposting for both the company and clients

**What we are looking for?**
- Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Trainer, Bullhorn Trainer, Recruitment Systems Trainer, Automation Implementor or as a Recruiter - at least 1 year experience
- Ideally have experience of Bullhorn ATS/CRM and Bullhorn Automation (aka Herefish) or another Recruitment CRM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organised, positive, and fun to be around
- Ability to cope under pressure and deal and negotiate with sceptics and 'know it all’s’ in a nice engaging manor
- An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective way
- The attitude of a self-starter and be able to manage your time and diary
