The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for several **Conversion Operators** to join our clients team based in the Baglan area. Paid Weekly Temp to perm opportunities
**Rate of pay**: £9.50ph (overtime available at time and half)
**Hours of work**: Full time: Working Monday to Thursday each week: 12 hour 6-6 shifts: Mixture of day and night: working one week Days then next week nights etc (rotating weeks).
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Cutting, converting and packaging products
- Preparing products and moving them from stations
- Manual handling of heavy goods and machinery
- Feeding machines
- Maintain general housekeeping and hygiene at all times.
- Quality checks of products
