**About the role**

Your mission should you accept it is to help vulnerable people achieve their potential?

As an agency care/support worker, you will be supporting both adults and elderly with a variety of complex needs. These include, learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour. However, we will only pair you with suitably matched providers based on your experience and desired opportunities.

**What vulnerable people need from you**
- Assisting with **personal care** including helping to get in and out of bed, washing, showering, and dressing.
- Assist with **daily routines**.
- Attending doctors' appointments, collection of medication and **guidance throughout**.
- Taking a **vulnerable person food shopping, clothes shopping,** attending events or local community groups.
- Helping with preparation of meals and assisting around the home with **washing, cleaning and / or ironing**.
- Providing companionship. Being **a friend and somebody that a vulnerable person can rely on**.
